This retreat has been held three times since 2021, in April or May, at Oyameles. Oyameles is a community in the forest located in the municipality of Ocuilán, State of Mexico, with the mission of regenerating the land it inhabits and contributing to the transformation of community development through a model based on regenerative practices and collaborative systems.
Over three days, participants embark on a theoretical, practical, and sensory journey through the coverings that envelop the soul: the Koshas. The retreat is a complete experience, incorporating various practices that guide us from the densest and most physical parts of ourselves toward the most subtle and elevated aspects of the human experience.
With asanas, meditation, and a philosophical immersion, this journey aims to serve as a tool to integrate the practice of Yoga into our daily lives, as well as to understand its depth, range, and potential reach.
A path that blends devotional practice with aesthetic experience in a beautiful location deep in the forest.
