What type of yoga do you offer?

We offer classes for all levels. We have a «Yoga from Scratch» class, ideal if you’ve never practiced yoga before. We also offer Dharma Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga.

Do I need prior experience to practice yoga?

No previous experience is required. We have classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

What do I need to bring to my first class?

Just comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and a yoga mat. We have a limited number of mats available to borrow, so we recommend bringing your own mat if possible.

How do I book a class?

You can book your spot directly through our website or send us a message via WhatsApp. We recommend booking in advance due to limited space.

What if I’ve never exercised before or am not flexible?

Don’t worry! Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels of fitness. We’ll start slowly and modify the postures to suit your abilities.

Do you offer a free class?

We don’t offer a free class, but we do have a special promotion for new students: 3 classes for $490 MXN, valid for 15 days so you can try out our classes.

How do I enter the class when I arrive?

The door is closed. You need to pull the white cord at the entrance to ring the bell, and we will open the door for you.

How many people are in each class?

We keep our groups small, with a maximum of 12 people, to ensure personalized attention and to accommodate each student’s needs.

How long are the classes?

Each style has a different duration, ranging from 60 to 90 minutes. This includes time to prepare the body and relax at the end of the practice. Check the schedule for more detailed information.

What happens if I miss or arrive late to my class?

There is a 15-minute grace period to join the class. After that, you won’t be able to enter, and there are no refunds for missed classes.

Is public transportation nearby?

Ecobici: There’s a station just one block away on Observatorio Ote. Street, and another two blocks away on Progreso Street.
Metrobús: We are 3 blocks from the De la Salle station, Line 2, on Benjamín Franklin Avenue.
Metro: We are 6 blocks from the Patriotismo station, Line 9, on Benjamín Franklin Avenue.

Is there a place to leave my belongings?

At the entrance of the shala, there is a shared cabinet where you can store your belongings and shoes. It is a safe space.
